It can be used as part of a treatment or rehabilitation program recommended by your healthcare provider or as part of your regular exercise and strength training routine.

XtreemNek allows you to exercise your neck muscles while standing or lying down, depending on your needs. It’s compact design makes it travel friendly, so you can strengthen your neck wherever you may be.


How To Use XtreemNek

  • Install your XtreemNek on the wall or on the floor.
  • Rest the back of your head on the head pad, looking forward with your ears directly above your shoulders.
  • Without curving your neck, slowly bring in your chin while pushing back on the pad with your head, until you feel a comfortable stretch at the base of the skull and top of the neck.
  • Hold for 1 second.
  • Slowly return to your starting position, keeping your chin tucked in.
  • Repeat ten or more times as needed.
